It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Brand new, fully-upgraded kitchen. Sit on the relaxing porch and enjoy the sunset in peace. VERY large living room space. Concrete driveway to provide parking for a boat or trailer. The wide, flat public launch ramp is 1,000 yards from the house. Directly behind the community (and accessible from the house) In addition to the upgraded kitchen appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a great meal for your family and friends, including a coffee maker and outdoor BBQ available for your use.
